I am Chirag Patel. I completed all of my education in India before taking my first job there and then I eventually moved and spent good part of my young married life in Seattle region of USA. I am now residing in Prosper, TX, with my soulmate and our adorable daughter, who is currently undergoing her elementary education. 

I completed the Swastha Ācharya (Āyurvedic Health Coach) certification at Āyu Academy under the guidance of Dr. Jessica Vellela, who holds a BAMS (Bachelor of Āyurvedic Medicine & Surgery) degree from India. This experience left me thrilled and deeply aware of our environment, nature, culture, and the dynamics of health and unhealth. I realized that this knowledge of universal and eternal framework of life must be shared.

I started my Jyotīṣa (Vedic Astrology) studies through various books before I learned from my Jyotīṣa gurus in a course offering from Eve Mendoza, Dr Arjun Pai, Dr Kanholy Santhip Krishnan, Dr Aditya Togi. Then, I continued my studies to go deeper with Achala ji (Sylwia Mihajlović). I am indebted to her to reveal the true essence of Jyotīṣa with a spiritual perspective. Those deeper meanings motivated higher interest in Jyotīṣa for me which allowed me to remain committed. I went on to get trained in Jyotīṣa under Guruji Freedom Cole as part of his Science of Light program. He was trained by his Guruji, Sanjay Rath, in the Śri Achyutānaṅda Paraṁparā (lineage/tradition).

While Jyotīṣa is the science of Time, Vāstu is the science of space. One of my favorite quotes from Vāstu Śastra is "Time is throbbing of space" i.e. Vibrations in the space cause time. That is why Vāstu can be utilized as a great remedy for problems in Time. But, the popular Vāstu Śāstra is misleading and most practitioners are lacking authentic and thorough knowledge to actually leverage it. With that lack of access to authentic knowledge, I would like to share only one thing that I realized. Trust that, you will land in the right place at the right time to experience the karma that are fructifying.

Prior to my fascination with Āyurveda and Jyotīṣa developed, I was engaged in my primary career in software engineering. I continue to maintain a strong interest and engagement with all three fields. Perhaps it is my love for studying and researching intriguing subjects that drives me.

My obligation and aim is to stay committed to these divine sciences and share what I can as Ṛśīs created this knowledge which is eternally relevant for us to survive and thrive.
